Product Componets

General Inquiry allows you to print system usage and track error messages. You may also set up your system to utilize Microsofts Open Data Base Connectivity product to interface to numerous software systems.

System Maintenance is used to create passwords and menu access. There are three levels of menus Group Function, Primary Function and Secondary Function. When you enter your password you only see the menus your password has rights to. When you access the menu you will see Icons across the top the every screen. Icons are assigned by password. Menus, Security Level and Icons assigned by password allow extraordinary management control of system usage. You may use the Support Icon to send a direct e-mail to our support department. The

Log File is used by our technical staff to review system usage by password so that when you contact us we have a complete status of your software system. This allows our staff to move you forward quickly and precisely. Select the Display Icon to quickly view a report you have just run. Use the Help Icon when you need help. Go to the table of contents and index help window to find the subject for which you are looking.
