- Maintenance is where you input the demographic information for your contact. There are multiple screens is this section including default configuration for agents, vendors and customers where you are able to characterize your address names by type and sorting ids.
- Tables allow you to set up your specific configuration.
- You are able to print name reports and labels and using our note writer you can merge template letters
The Address Book System is integrated to all systems including Mercury Medical, At Need, General Ledger, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Trust and MCS.
