Software Representative

Level 1 Referral Source

The representative provides a lead to CrisSoft for a sale. The sale is conducted by CrisSoft including but not limited to: demonstrations, customer contact, order completion, training and installation. Representative paid when sale is complete and customer has paid CrisSoft.

Level 2 Agent

The Agent provides a completed contract sale to CrisSoft. The sale is conducted by Agent including but not limited to: demonstrations, customer contact, order completion. CrisSoft provides training and installation. Agent paid when sale is complete and customer has paid CrisSoft.

Level 3 Dealer

The Dealer provides a completed contract sale to CrisSoft. The sale is conducted by Dealer including but not limited to: demonstrations, customer contact, order completion, training and installation. Dealer paid when customer sale is complete and customer has paid CrisSoft.

Level 4 Reseller

The Reseller purchases the software license at a wholesale price from CrisSoft. Reseller then resells the license to the customer at the suggested retail price. CrisSoft must approve any deviations from retail price in writing. Reseller is responsible for the complete process of developing the market, selling the products, installation, and training. Support will continue to be provided by CrisSoft. Support fees will not be discounted. Reseller will be responsible for their own employees necessary to accomplish the above tasks. Initial training of Resellers employees by CrisSoft will be negotiated as part of the reseller agreement. Payment terms will be on delivery of the software to reseller until reseller has established a credit history satisfactory to CrisSoft.
